About
I graduated in 2000 from Virginia Tech with a BA. I went directly to the University of New Hampshire School of Law and graduated in 2003. I handed the Georgia bar exam shortly thereafter and began training.
I labored for a big national Social Security Disability company and travelled across america representing disabled claimants seeking Social Security Disability advantages. After some years, I went to work for the Fulton County Public Defender s Office in which I turned into positioned in the main legal unit. After attempting numerous jury trials, I returned to the huge countrywide Social Security Disability organization. Initially, I travelled the u . s . attending hearings and later transitioned in a brief writing position in which I wrote all the Appeals Council briefs for the company. I opened Yancey Disability in 2017 to offer extra non-public service to customers in search of advantages.
I am a member of the California State Bar Association, as well as the Georgia State Bar Association. I am the author of The Applicant s Guide to Social Security Disability, that is to be had on Amazon. I am passionate about offering great representation to my clients.
