I graduated from regulation college over 30 years ago. I have visible what I have seen and performed what I actually have achieved in view that then. I have to say that despite its troubles I can t help but having loving reverence for law. What is life with out law? No less difficult than it's far now. And virtually greater so. Hence I love the regulation of humanity.
