Receiver Mark Adams pioneered the health and safety receivership remedy in California, turning into the first receiver ever appointed beneath the California Health and Safety Code. Over the beyond many years, Mark remains the most experienced fitness and safety receiver working inside the nation. He has been appointed by 130+ different judges (country and federal) to rehabilitate over 220 houses in 34 counties and one hundred+ towns. Mark is a magna cum laude graduate of Loyola Marymount University and of Georgetown University Law Center.
