My felony practice has always involved the illustration of inventory market participants, consisting of traders, financial specialists and firms, nationwide. My work consists of illustration of in reference to FINRA Examinations and Enforcement Proceedings, as well as SEC investigations. I also represent individual brokers from virtually each predominant firm of their contract negotiations, employment termination, U-four and U-5 problems. In specialised situations in which the statistics or regulation present novel problems, I also constitute traders. I have seemed earlier than arbitration panels and regulators in 22 states, have written felony columns for a number of industry guides, been a visitor on CNBC and a speaker at a number of firms and industry conferences.
