Mark Ekse - Registered Patent Lawyer and has club of the State Bar of South Dakota. Mark’s exercise consciousness consists of licensing, trademark and copyright law. He also represents clients worried in patent disputes, infringement cases and intellectual assets instances. Mark represents clients desiring felony guidance with registering and defensive software program and computer technology, electronic trade and digital employer, as well as alternate mystery protection and disputes. Mark currently serves as an accessory professor of Patent Law and Intellectual Property on the University of South Dakota.
