Mr. Klein became admitted to the State Bar of California in January 1972 and practiced law in California continuously thereafter till his retirement from the international regulation office, K&L Gates, powerful March 1, 2014.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Mr. Klein practiced inside the regions of securities, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. He was lead counsel on scores of public services, representing both issuers and underwriters, for organizations in such various industries as biotechnology, medical and studies products, Internet and software program companies and manufacturing and service organizations. Mr. Klein represented underwriters ranging from local investment banks to bulge bracket underwriters.
