I focus my exercise inside the areas of employment discrimination, circle of relatives, and immigration regulation. On the employment front, I passionately and aggressively represent personnel with claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, retaliation, and/or unfair salary practices towards employers. It is unlucky, however the reality is that, every so often, employees nonetheless face discrimination and different unfair and illegal employment practices. I agree with that employers who violate employees legal rights should be punished. I trust that personnel ought to be handled similarly and without regard to their race, age, gender, religion, being pregnant-fame, or countrywide foundation. I also believe an employee must no longer be retaliated towards if s/he makes a criticism of discrimination or if s/he supports a co-employee s grievance. But the ones are not the most effective forms of claims I pursue. I also pursue claims towards employers for retaliating against an worker for looking for or taking Family Medical Leave (FMLA) time; or for filing a employees compensation claim; or for being a whistle blower. I also fight for personnel (underneath the Fair Labor Standards Act) who are being cheated out in their difficult-earned wages and are not being paid for all their time labored or for all their over-time labored.
