Marjorie started her criminal profession representing people sentenced to death in tough their demise sentences on the Office of the Post-Conviction Defender. Later, she spent nearly 4 years working for the Tennessee Justice Center combating for the rights of children and adults in opposition to Tennessee s Medicaid application.
Marjorie then frolicked in non-public practice typically representing children and households in juvenile courtroom cases. Then she went to work for the Tennessee Department of Children s Services for more than 6 years in which she served as the primary juvenile justice and schooling attorney, treated employment matters for the 4000 individual enterprise, and counseled the business enterprise regarding its obligation to maintain families.
