Colby is a 7th technology Texas native who makes a speciality of civil litigation and trial advocacy. A graduate of UT-Austin and the University of Houston Law Center, Colby began his career running on a team that obtained billions of dollars for stockholders who lost cash to securities fraud dedicated through companies all over the United States – including an energy organisation referred to as Enron.
Rivaling Colby’s passion for justice is his in-depth and intimate know-how of the techniques and methods of these lawyers he faces. He has spent many years in the trenches defending customers in opposition to wrongful injury complaints. He effectively defended his company clients in opposition to fits alleging tens of hundreds of thousands of bucks in damages.
