About
Luigi Vigliotti is a former New York State Prosecutor who worked as an Assistant District Lawyer in the Nassau County District Lawyer’s Office from 2001 to 2004. While within the District Lawyer’s Office, he prosecuted a number of Misdemeanor and Felony cases, attempted numerous Misdemeanor and Felony jury trials to verdict, performed rankings of pretrial suppression hearings, supplied Felony cases to the Grand Jury for indictment and treated a wide array of criminal instances from Arraignment to Trial. Upon leaving the District Lawyer’s Office, Mr. Vigliotti worked at a prestigious insurance defense firm in which he handled a large number of personal injury, hard work regulation, wrongful demise, car accident and trendy negligence instances. Mr. Vigliotti later joined some other company wherein he received experience in Plaintiff’s non-public damage cases.
In 2008, Mr. Vigliotti began his very own regulation exercise where he focuses the bulk of his efforts on the defense of all criminal subjects and personal injury litigation. He currently serves as Chief Counsel for the New York State Fraternal Order of Police Foundation Inc., and is former team of workers counsel to a New York State Senator. Mr. Vigliotti has been active in teaching trial advocacy to regulation students. He has been requested numerous times to train at Hofstra Law School’s Trial Advocacy program courses.
Mr. Vigliotti is a former traffic prosecutor at sixteen Cooper Street and handles both easy and complicated visitors matters from arraignment to trial.
