Lucas Buzzard formerly clerked for the Hon. Peter W. Hall of america Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and served as a regulation clerk at the Second Circuit’s Staff Lawyer’s Office.
Lucas graduated magna cum laude from the American University, Washington College of Law in 2010, wherein he served as an editor at the American University International Law Review. While in regulation college, Lucas interned for the Hon. Reggie B. Walton of the US District Court for the District of Columbia and the Hon. Anna Blackburne-Rigsby of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. He also participated in a hospital that represented indigent crook defendants in Bernard Law Montgomery County, Maryland. Before law school, Lucas taught fourth grade and labored as an English teacher in Mexico City.
