Louis C. Szura practices within the area of health care law and business litigation. Mr. Szura specializes in advising and representing fitness care companies from all areas on the formation and operations of their organizations and in various types of litigation. He has enjoy with practice formation; agreement negotiations; employment disputes; control contracts; noncompete agreements; insurance and network provider disputes; HIPAA; Stark; AKS; and different compliance and license troubles. Mr. Szura has also represented numerous whistleblowers beneath the federal False Claims Act, Michigan Medicaid Act, and different similar statutes. He is an energetic council member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Health Care Law Section and serves as chair of its guides committee. Mr. Szura has been recognized yearly as a Rising Star via Michigan Super Lawyers.
