I am an indicator/copyright law who started my profession as a Trademark Lawyer on the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Following my profession at the USPTO, I served as in-residence trademark recommend at Ralston Purina Company where I blanketed such well-known logos as PURINA, DOG CHOW, and TWINKIES, after which at Borden, Inc. where I turned into protector of ELSIE THE COW, ELMER S GLUE, among other famous emblems, and later at Boost Mobile. Subsequently I worked at law places of work, both large and small, in which I endured to exercise trademark, copyright, and unfair opposition law. For numerous years now I were a solo practitioner in which my practice is targeted on trademark, copyright, and unfair opposition regulation. I work with clients both large small, worldwide, and domestic. I help customers all around the world defend their emblems and copyrights. I behavior trademark searches and clearances, take care of trademark and copyright applications, as well as the upkeep of trademark registrations.
