Ms. Erickson’s diverse practice includes all stages of adult felonies and misdemeanors, which includes drug manufacturing, sale, and possession; intercourse offenses; aggravated battery; aggravated robbery; murder; home violence; belongings crimes; all levels of teenybopper crime; DUIs and other visitors offenses. She also represents people earlier than administrative panels, which include college board expulsion hearings and motive force’s license suspension hearings.
Education: Ms. Erickson is a 1991 graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. She earned her juris doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1994.
Admitted: Ms. Erickson is licensed to exercise in the State of Kansas, the US District Court for the District of Kansas, and the USA Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Professional History: After graduating from regulation college, Ms. Erickson clerked, became an companion, and then have become a partner with Carl E. Cornwell in Overland Park, Kan.
