Ms. de Leon graduated from Dartmouth College in 1982 magna cum laude with a diploma in German. In 1987, she started out law faculty at the University of Virginia School of Law in Charlottesville, VA. She graduated in 1990 and moved to San Diego, CA. Ms. de Leon is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar. Ms. de Leon have become licensed to exercise regulation in December 1990 and have become a Certified Legal Specialist-Family Law with the State of California Board of Legal Specialization in 2004.
