Liam keeps a wide practice grounded in all styles of real estate subjects. Liam’s litigation practice specializes in belongings regulation, such as disputes regarding title and boundary issues, easements, detrimental possession and prescriptive easements; public and private road troubles; identify insurance claims; land use, zoning and Act 250; creation, condemnation and tax appeals. In the path of his practice, Liam has represented landowners, developers, municipalities and neighborhood organizations in topics earlier than america District Court for the District of Vermont, the Vermont Supreme Court (sixteen suggested cases), Vermont Superior Courts, the Vermont Environmental Court, the Vermont Environmental Board, the Water Resources Board, more than one Act 250 District Environmental Commissions, and various municipal zoning and planning boards.
Liam’s transactional practice specializes in representing property owners and builders to establish and control their running entities, to gather, finance, allow, manage, lease and/or promote (which includes “1031 exchanges”) a huge type of business, residential, resort, leisure, office and purchasing middle houses, and to establish condominiums and common hobby groups.
