Lewis Terr has spent the majority of his prison career serving government entities, first a municipality in the metropolitan Boston place and currently the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department, representing it for the beyond 20 years in all its tax packages, which includes assets tax, as well as carrier to the Motor Vehicle Division in numerous topics associated with drivers and vehicles, including motive force license revocations and motor car provider and vehicle recycler compliance. Mr. Terr has tremendous experience in administrative hearings, regulatory compliance, protests, and litigation. Mr. Terr spent a few years in non-public practice serving clients in large part unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the felony process and prides himself as having developed the ability to speak legal principles and procedures to non-lawyers. He served at the “Plain Language Committee” at some point of his tenure with the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department.
