Mr. Perry practices inside the regions of land use, actual property, loan finance & structured products and business regulation. Mr. Perry attended the University of Nevada, Reno for two years. He acquired a bachelor of technology degree in economics from University of California, Davis, in 1971 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis (King Hall) in 1974. Mr. Perry attended “Mediation of the Litigated Case” at Pepperdine University.
Mr. Perry is admitted to exercise in California, Ninth District Federal Court of Appeals and the USA Supreme Court.
