Leslie has dedicated her career to championing consumers – whether or not they were harmed by large companies, dangerous merchandise, clinical mistakes or an risky environment — no issue is too big for her to tackle. She correctly prevented an incinerator from being built at University Hospital (now UF-Jacksonville), which would have polluted the air with toxic chemical substances and obtained sizable regulations of different Jacksonville health facility incinerators resulting in cleanser air.
An attorney at Terrell Hogan for 19 years, Leslie is a graduate of Duke University and received her J.D. from Washington & Lee University. While in law school, she did an internship on the Federal Trade Commission’s Office of General Counsel, which sparked her ardour for assisting consumers.
