Leslie A. Farber, Esq. has been training law due to the fact 1991. She received her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Drew University, and her Law Degree from Pace University School of Law. In law college, she was an editor of the Pace Law Review and took part in Pace s Appellate Litigation Clinic. For the beyond 29 years, she has represented both people and corporations in many regions of litigation in kingdom, federal and municipal courts from preliminary session thru discovery, mediation, arbitration, trial and enchantment, when necessary. Ms. Farber has lectured and posted works in quite a few regions. She presently is a member of the regional New Jersey, New York, and Essex County Bar Associations, and the New Jersey Association of Justice and Essex County LGBTQ Advisory Board. Ms. Farber also is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Employment Lawyers Association–New Jersey, and turned into Chair and Legislative Coordinator of the LGBT Rights Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and a Board member of the National LGBT Bar Association. Several of Ms. Farber s cases have ended in posted, precedent placing selections of the New Jersey Supreme Court, Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. › ›
