Len C. Mueller graduated in 1982 from North Carolina State University with a B. S. in English, and graduated in 1985 from The Campbell University School of Law together with her J. D. She has been working towards home law in Wake County in view that that time. Ms. Mueller was certified as a specialist inside the area of family law by means of The North Carolina State Bar in 1994. Ms. Mueller is also licensed as a Family Financial Mediator. Ms. Mueller credits her former regulation partners, distinguished neighborhood legal professionals, Richard (“Rick”) Gammon and Russell W. DeMent, for her success as a trial lawyer. She can regularly be heard pronouncing that she had the privilege of being in partnership with two of the exceptional lawyers in North Carolina, if not the United States. Ms. Mueller additionally benefited from the sound mentorship of the Honorable Anne B. Salisbury with whom she labored previous to Judge Salisbury’s election to the Wake County District Court Bench.
In 1996, Ms. Mueller left the familiarity and luxury of this partnership to open The Mueller Law Office, P.A. Since that point, her Firm has had the privilege of serving hundreds of clients in all areas associated with family law, such as baby custody, alimony and complex equitable distribution instances. Ms. Mueller served as an Adjunct Professor at Campbell University School of Law for seven years coaching Family Law Planning. She is a member of the North Carolina and Wake County Bar Associations, and the Family Law Section of the N.C. Bar Association. Additionally, she has served at the N.C. Bar Association’s Family Law Council.
