Ms. Underwood focuses her exercise in a wide sort of property and tax planning, probate and believe administration, contested probate and consider subjects. Ms. Underwood is a the previous Chair of the Probate and Estate Planning Council of the State Bar of Michigan, beyond editor of the Probate Journal, member of the Real Property, Trust Law and Taxation Sections of the American Bar Association; the Taxation Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and the Oakland County Bar Association. She has written several articles and been a contributing writer for the ICLE e-book Michigan Estate Planning Handbook. Ms. Underwood obtained her B.A. degree with high difference from Wayne State University in 1981 and her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from the Detroit College of Law in 1991. She has lectured often for lots organizations and groups, which includes the Institute for Continuing Legal Education. She is a Past President of the Wayne State University Alumni Association, Past President of the Woodbridge Citizen’s Association, beyond member of the Board of Visitors of the Institute of Gerontology, and past board member for St. Luke’s Health Ministries and Canterbury on the Lake. › ›
