LAUREN K. PFEIL graduated with a Bachelors of Arts with maximum honors from The University of Texas at Austin and received her regulation diploma from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she specialised in circle of relatives regulation. While in regulation faculty, Lauren obtained family and toddler law fellowships from each Loyola University Chicago School of Law and The University of Michigan School of Law. Her article “Recognizing Race as a Reality, Not a Barrier: The Problems within Colorblind Adoption Policy within a Race Conscious America” was posted within the spring version of The Children’s Legal Rights Journal. Upon commencement from regulation faculty, Lauren become awarded her faculty’s Public Interest and Service Award and Leadership Award, as well as a Child and Family Law Certificate. Lauren has been awarded the 2013 American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Child Advocacy Award in reputation of her paintings as a toddler suggest.
