About
I earned my Juris Doctor at Georgia State University College of Law and my bachelor’s diploma in Mass Media and Political Communication with a minor in Political Science on the University of Missouri.
While in law college, I co-founded the Georgia State University Student Animal Legal Defense Fund (SALDF) and became its Vice President for 3 years, and become also a member of the Family Law Society. During an internship with a circle of relatives regulation attorney, I developed my ardour for own family law. In my third year of regulation school, I interned with Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation in its Safe Families Office, supporting sufferers of home violence reap Temporary Protective Orders to break out abuse. I additionally interned with the Honorable Jane C. Barwick of the Superior Court of Fulton County, in which I discovered numerous court proceedings solely related to circle of relatives regulation matters and carried out huge research with regards to circle of relatives law. I joined Meriwether & Tharp after graduating and taking the Georgia Bar Examination in July 2017.
I grew up in Cumming, Georgia and now reside in Gainesville, Georgia. In my loose time I revel in spending time with my husband, our dogs, Kali and Jake, pals, and own family. I also love to garden and to explore the outdoors.
