Laura Horton is a pro advise, dedicated to social justice. With almost 3 decades of revel in, she represents personnel from all walks of existence – from manufacturing unit workers to particularly compensated executives. Helping to right wrongs is her passion.
In April 2001, Ms. Horton opened her personal corporation, training exclusively in civil rights, exertions and employment regulation and serious personal damage.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Association of Justice, San Fernando Valley Bar Association, California Employment Lawyers Association, National Employment Lawyers Association, LEFTJAW, Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Lawyers of California and she is an Alumni of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College.
Ms. Horton is a member of the Executive Board for the California Employment Lawyers Association. Ms. Horton is likewise at the 38th Assembly District Advisory Committee at the Status of Women & Girls. She is an instructor for the CELA’s Trial Lawyers College and received CELA’s Torch Award.
Reported cases include Faust v. California Portland Cement Co., ( 2007) one hundred fifty Cal.App.4th 864 resulting in an enlargement of employee rights under the California Family Rights Act.
