Ms. Anthony is an honors graduate from Florida State University College of Law and has been practising law due to the fact that 1993. Prior to founding Legal & Compliance, LLC, she served as Chief Legal Counsel for a countrywide investment banking organization and NASDAQ broking supplier with over 2 hundred employees. Ms. Anthony headed the organization s criminal and compliance branch and coordinated all prison work for the firm together with all aspects of FINRA and SEC policies, FINRA arbitrations, and public and private transactions.
