Latika Malkani joined Siegel LeWitter Malkani in 1996, and since then has fought to hold and enforce the rights of ladies and men running in a number of professions. Latika s advocacy has blanketed tireless representation of personnel seeking justice and stepped forward situations in the place of job. Latika has a proven report of a hit consequences, and has helped loads of personnel set up better operating conditions, negotiate severance and publish-separation programs, as well as obtain truthful and just compensation through enforcement of kingdom and federal laws. Latika believes that no employee should be made to suffer inequality or humiliation to be able to earn a residing, and he or she perseveres until her customers win tremendous changes and adequate comfort.
Latika is a California native, raised in Sacramento. After graduating from UC Berkeley together with her B.A., she spent two years running with Asian Immigrant Women Advocates, an Oakland-based nonprofit company, organizing with immigrant ladies employees who had been disturbing upgrades in their offices and groups. Following this possibility, Latika returned to Sacramento for regulation school, graduating from UOP McGeorge School of Law where she excelled in oral argument and advocacy. She has labored with numerous social justice regulation offices at some point of California, including Public Advocates (San Francisco), the Legal Aid Society of Alameda County, Community Legal Services (Sacramento), and the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles.
When she isn't always at work, Latika enjoys spending time outside, exploring the Bay Area together with her youngsters.
