I acquired my Juris Doctorate in 1986 from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and my BA from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida in 1983, I studied at Hawaii Loa College in Kaneoi, Hawaii 1979-80, Russian Language Studies at Moscow State University in Moscow Russia in 2001.
My Licenses and has membershipships: Immigration Courts throughout the United States; Bureau of Immigration Appeals; All Florida criminal courts; All Florida civil courts; Florida Courts of Appeal; Supreme Court of Florida; United States District Court Middle District of Florida (Federal); Former President of the Beaches Bar Association; American Immigration Lawyers Association
I began my career inside the State Lawyer s Office in Broward County, Florida. The State Lawyer s Office wasn t for me. I stated practising crook defense and incorporated crook defense into representing immigrants in elimination complaints. I have been pacticing now for 33 years and restrict my practice to representing immigrants.
My othe activities had been; Pension Trustee for the City of Jacksonville Beach Fire Department, Founding president of a pregnancy center in South Florida, I lived and labored in the former Soviet Union for six years. During that time I taught worldwide business. My paintings protected helping students within the writing of business plans and beginning enterprise s or finding employment with Western organizations. I turned into also the founding pesident of A Home For Every Heart (AHEH). AHEH was a non earnings enterprise for youngsters. Though AHEH many children have been adopted.
In my unfastened time I just like the beach, swimming, biking, kayaking, tennis and subject matter parks.
