Originally from Southern California, Kurt graduated from Brigham Young University in 2012 with a bachelor’s diploma in History and Political Science. Kurt completed his Juris Doctorate on the J. Reuben Clark, School of Law in 2016.
While in regulation school, Kurt become an editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review. He changed into President of Phi Delta Phi, a criminal honor society, and the Trial Advocacy Team. Kurt additionally had the opportunity to compete in numerous Moot Court and Trial Advocacy competitions throughout the country. Due to his participation inside the neighborhood and prison community, he turned into awarded the Faculty Award for Meritorious Achievement and Distinguished Service and the Public Interest Service Award.
Following commencement from law school, Kurt worked for the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center. Kurt spent his time advocating for humans’s rights and fair justice under the regulation as he assisted his clients that have been wrongfully convicted of crimes they didn’t dedicate in Utah, Nevada, and Wyoming.
Now a part of Robert J. Debry & Associates as a plaintiff’s injury lawyer, Kurt is excited advise for his clients at some point of Utah.
