Kristy E. Boehler is a companion with the Law Group of Northwest Arkansas LLP. She focuses her exercise on agricultural and meals regulation, after developing up on a row crop and livestock farm. Kristy graduated cum laude from Drake University in 2007, with a B.A. in Political Science and Law, Politics, and Society. Afterward, she attended regulation faculty on the University of Arkansas School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2011. While in faculty regulation, Kristy become a member of the Arkansas Law Review and wrote Poultry Growers in Arkansas: Agents or Independent Contractors?, sixty three Ark. L. Rev. 849 (2010). She also holds a Master of Laws in Agriculture and Food Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law Graduate Program.
Kristy is certified to exercise regulation in Arkansas, Virginia, and Missouri, and is admitted to exercise earlier than the federal courts in Arkansas and Missouri. Her exercise represents small commercial enterprise to huge corporate clients in all factors of their commercial enterprise, at the same time as specially specializing in employment defense.
