Kramer holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in taxation from the University of Florida College of Law. He received his regulation degree from Mercer University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington & Lee University. Prior to attending regulation college, Kramer worked as a Legislative Assistant to United States Representative Earl Hutto.
