He represents buyers, sellers and creditors in actual estate transactions, and he appears earlier than courts for out-of-area landlords in landlord-tenant disputes. Prior to becoming a member of Tully Rinckey PLLC, Kevin operated his own real property practice in Binghamton for greater than twenty years.
