Kevin R. Grebas, Esq., CELA a native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, obtained his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Scranton and his regulation diploma from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Lawyer Grebas is a Board Certified Elder Law Lawyer by using the National Elder Law Foundation. He is a VA accredited attorney for the education, presentation and prosecution of claims for veterans blessings before the Department of Veterans Affairs. He has provided education for Pennsylvania Department of Aging care-managers throughout Pennsylvania and often speaks to community organizations and expert agencies about legal issues affecting the aged. Lawyer Grebas is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and its Elder Law Section; the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association (Luzerne County Bar Association); the Lackawanna Bar Association; the Estate Planning Council of Northeastern Pennsylvania; and serves at the Board of Directors for the NEPA End of Life Coalition. In addition, he sits on the Plan Advisory Committee of the Living Independently for Elders (LIFE) Program in Scranton and is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Riverside Adult Day Care Center in Plains.
