Kevin Shehan is the Owner and Founder of Shehan Legal, PLLC.
Shehan Legal, PLLC works for employees and small to medium-sized business employers in New York and Virginia, and federal government personnel worldwide. We are committed to exertions and employment counseling and litigation, and outsourced and part-time popular suggest services.
Before founding Shehan Legal, PLLC, Kevin practiced labor and employment regulation at New York law offices. Most these days, Kevin chaired the New York Labor & Employment exercise organization, and the Virginia exercise group, of an international law office. Previously, Kevin served as a regulation clerk to the Honorable Monique J. Roberts-Draper, Administrative Judge, at the New York District Office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Kevin started out practising labor and employment regulation in Washington, D.C., where he served inside the Office of the General Counsel, U.S. Department of Energy.
Kevin is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Labor and Employment Law, and a member of the New York State Bar Association. Kevin obtained his law degree from George Mason University School of Law, in which he turned into an editor of the George Mason Law Review, and later taught criminal writing and remedies as an adjunct professor. He received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Albion College.
