Kevin and his wife Elaine had been married for over twenty years and have 3 children.
Kevin opened his own regulation office right away out of regulation college and commenced coping with personal harm instances. In his first civil jury trial, Kevin gained 1,000,000 dollar verdict against Ethicon in San Angelo, Texas. That verdict is still a file for Tom Green County. That early achievement gave Kevin the opportunity to paintings on many different giant cases, and he has been lead recommend in many multi-million greenback civil cases.
Kevin has tried many instances involving accidents in meat packing vegetation, vehicle and truck wrecks, oilfield accidents, and teach wrecks. He was lead counsel within the largest railroad crossing coincidence cases in Texas, one resulting in a 65 million dollar verdict and one ensuing in a 46 million dollar verdict.
Kevin become named Super Lawyer through Texas Monthly in 2004 - 2009. In 2005 he become selected "high-quality plaintiff s non-public damage attorney" in a ballot of Lubbock attorneys. Kevin currently serves at the Board of Directors of the Texas Tech Law School Foundation and the Board of Directors of the South Plains Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
