Mr. Clark joined the corporation after having spent 27 years with the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, where he rose to the placement of Deputy First Assistant Prosecutor - a member of Prosecutor’s Executive Staff with workplace-extensive supervisory duties over a body of workers of about three hundred legal, police and help personnel.
