Since joining the Chapman Law Group in 2015, Kevin has correctly advocated for character healthcare specialists, personal agencies, and municipalities within the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Michigan Circuit Courts, and the Michigan Court of Appeals. His appellate and litigation practice specializes in 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights claims, medical malpractice, professional licensing, and business regulation. As the son and brother of talented clinical specialists, he strives to advance the purpose of his customers in just the identical manner they diligently take care of their patients.
Kevin received his Juris Doctor diploma from Wayne State University Law School. While in regulation school, he received the Dean’s Scholar Award for instructional achievement, received Wayne Law’s Arthur Neef Moot Court Competition, and competed within the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Washington, D.C. Kevin additionally served as an intern and law clerk for Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Robert J. Colombo Jr. Prior to regulation faculty, Kevin obtained his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan and attended Saint John’s Jesuit High School in Toledo, Ohio.
