About
Mr. O Connor obtained his Bachelor of Science diploma, magna cum laude, in 1979 from Fairleigh Dickinson University, his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1983, his Certified Financial Planner designation in 1991, and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School in 1994. Mr. O Connor turned into a member of the Editorial Board of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal.
