Ken Copple graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1980. Mr. Copple practiced law in Lincoln, Nebraska inside the early 1980s. In 1985 he moved to Ft. Collins so that you can attend the Masters of Agriculture application at Colorado State University. He acquired the Masters of Agriculture Degree in 1987, with a focus on agricultural commercial enterprise and policy. He opened his regulation exercise in Ft. Collins in 1987. Mr Copple taught the agricutural regulation direction at Colorado State University inside the late Nineteen Eighties and early Nineties.He has endured to participate as a visitor lecturer numerous instances each semester, via the 2008 2009 college 12 months

Agri-Business Litigation- Mr. Copple has represented agri-business clients in diverse forms of litigation, consisting of litigation in opposition to chemical applicators and disputes with creditors. See, as an example, Miller v. Rowtech at three P.third 492.
Water Law- Mr.Copple has represented customers in various water disputes. In 2006 he appeared before the Colorado Supreme Court in a water case related to a dispute among floor rights and ground water rights. See Gallegos v. Colorado Ground Water Com n at 147 P.third 20.
Mr. Copple is a memeber of the Colorado Bar Association and the Larimer County Bar. He is likewise a memeber of the Agriculturre and Rural Law section of the Bar Association.
