About
Kelly A. Smakal earned her regulation degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville in December, 1996. During regulation faculty Ms. Smakal become at the Dean’s List, was a member of the Phi Delta Phi criminal honor fraternity, the Student Bar Association and diverse other regulation faculty committees. Since that time, Ms. Smakal has focused her exercise completely on domestic and own family litigation matters, inclusive of guardianship and adoption. She is a frequent speaker on divorce and family law topics at persevering with prison schooling seminars and has been an accessory scientific professor of regulation on the University of Tulsa’s Elder Law Clinic addressing probate and guardianship troubles.
