About
I graduated from East Tennessee State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Immediately thereafter, I entered law school at the University of Tennessee. I graduated with honors from the law faculty in 1996.
Bankruptcy law constitutes a majority of my exercise. I record cases under all chapters of the Bankruptcy Code, which include patron instances below Chapters 7 and 13, farm instances under Chapter 12, and business instances. under Chapter eleven.
I even have a considerable litigation practice. I can be each very competitive and calm and mild, whatever the remember dictates. I had been concerned in loads of litigation cases for each claimants and defendants. Many of these cases handed a million bucks in ability recoveries. Additionally, I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a substantial quantity of multi-million dollar civil rights cases, together with wrongful arrest, immoderate force, and discrimination. I also do corporate work and constitute creditors and debtors in lending transactions and actual property topics.
From 2007-2013, I turned into an Assistant Law Examiner with the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners. As an Assistant Law Examiner, I wrote and graded essay questions for each of the bi-yearly bar exams. Also, I reviewed all applications for law licensure for qualifications and moral health.
During the path of my 20+ 12 months career, I even have written an editorial in a countrywide booklet and taught several seminars for lawyers on financial disaster, foreclosure, name issues, and civil rights.
