After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991, Lawyer Keith Bregoff’s trial litigation experience commenced in 1992 at the Broward County State Lawyer’s Office. He served as a lead trial lawyer, managing cases including homicide, theft, kidnapping, and drug trafficking. During this time, Mr. Bregoff acquired a foundation of understanding concerning court docket etiquette, evidentiary issues, and litigation procedure and exercise. Upon leaving the Broward County State Lawyer’s Office, Mr. Bregoff started operating for Allstate Insurance Company, the second largest vehicle insurer inside the nation, as a private injury head trial attorney. He spent eleven years gaining beneficial trial experience and gaining knowledge of the facets of personal injury cases, from car accidents to wrongful deaths.
