About
Katrina Sosa concentrates her exercise inside the areas of complex enterprise regulation and litigation, apartment association regulation and creation regulation. Since joining the firm, she has worked on both litigation and transactional matters. Ms. Sosa has labored on numerous stages of creation illness litigation ranging from the inception of the case to preparing for trial. On the transactional side, she has worked on a shareholder buyout for a nearby meals enterprise as well as real property acquisitions.
Ms. Sosa attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida for her undergraduate and graduate research and received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Communication Studies in 2007 and her Master of Science in Entrepreneurship 2008. During her graduate software, Ms. Sosa participated in GatorNest where she served as a pupil advertising and control consultant for participating start-up groups. She then attended the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and received her Juris Doctor in 2011. During this time, she served as a translator for the Latino Legal Initiative Housing Clinic and as an extern for the University of North Carolina Office of the University Counsel. A Miami local, Ms. Sosa returned domestic to begin her career and has been a working towards legal professional given that 2011. She is fluent in Spanish and is of Cuban descent.
