About
Kathryn Hall graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1993. She worked as a Staff Lawyer and Managing Lawyer at the Georgia Legal Services Program (GLSP) from 1993 to 2006, in which she managed the Elderly Legal Assistance Project for the Waycross field office. While dealing with the Elderly Legal Assistance Project, Ms. Hall effectively represented senior citizens in Medicaid and Social Security appeals, nursing home discharge appeals, debt collection defense cases, and probate matters, as well as supporting with the instruction of wills, residing wills, and powers of lawyer. She opened the Law Office of Kathryn Hall in Arvada, CO in January, 2007. Her exercise in Colorado has targeted on Social Security disability administrative and federal court appeals, as well as elderlaw and probate topics.
