Kathleen is the companion in fee of scientific malpractice at WRSH. She is a former registered nurse who has effectively represented plaintiffs in scientific malpractice movements for her whole career. She has settled, mediated and attempted severa cases inclusive of a $12 million dollar agreement for the circle of relatives of child injured at delivery and a $10 million greenback agreement for failing to diagnose sepsis. She has represented plaintiffs in instances involving failure to diagnose most cancers, failure to diagnose and treat stroke, failure to perceive acute coronary syndromes and lots of different varieties of scientific malpractice moves. She became one of the trial attorneys who represented the estate of the artist Andy Warhol which become settled simply previous to verdict. Kathleen has lectured at Columbia School of Dentistry, The American Association of Nurse Lawyers, Fordham Law School and before masses of nurse at a seminar entitled The Legal Implications of Nursing Practice in New York. As Chair of the Committee on Lawyer Alcoholism and Substance Abuse of the NYCBA, she recommended for and obtained a dedication to set up a staffed Lawyers Assistance Program.
