Karen Waters Shipman is a companion in the New Orleans office of Kean Miller. Karen is an experienced litigator with specific enjoy in a huge type of admiralty and oil & gas casualty issues, such as Jones Act, non-public harm, oil and fuel exploration, nicely blowouts, cargo damage, vessel collisions, vessel damage, platform harm and barge damage.
