Those customers consist of a number of the world’s largest coverage providers, governmental entities, Fortune 500 agencies, several of California’s biggest publicly- held and privately-held corporations, developers, real estate developers and contractors. In reference to the litigation exercise, he also advises and represents a wide spectrum of London marketplace insurers, reinsurers and intermediaries in all strains of insurance enterprise, such as expert liability, creation, property, maritime, popular liability, environmental, energy, and directors & officers (D&O) regulations.
