Justin Clarke is a litigation lawyer at Davenport, Evans, Hurwitz & Smith, LLP in Sioux Falls, SD. An Estelline, SD native, Justin joined the corporation in 2010 and is a companion within the organization’s litigation segment. Justin’s exercise specializes in insurance defense, business and complicated litigation, and agree with litigation. Justin graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2010. While in regulation faculty, he served as a body of workers editor for the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy and took part in KU Law’s Moot Court opposition. When Justin isn’t working, he enjoys spending time together with his circle of relatives and friends, cooking, and supporting SDSU athletics.
