About
Justin R. Ervin, III is a partner in the regulation office of Johnson, Peddrick, and McDonald, PLLC in Greensboro NC, wherein he focuses his practice on property planning, estate administration, and adult guardianships. Justin enjoys operating with all types of customers and has a specific affinity for serving LGBTQIA individuals and non-traditional families, in addition to immigrant customers, which regularly gives him a threat to use this Spanish abilties.
Justin is open and energetic in the nearby LGBTQIA network, having served on the Board of Directors of Guilford Green Foundation and the Greensboro LGBTQIA Center, Benevolence Farm, the Greensboro Estate Planning Council, and the Greensboro chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Justin continues to be concerned along with his criminal alma mater, Elon Law, as an adjunct faculty member and student mentor.
Justin finished a double-predominant in Business and French at UNC Greensboro, then went directly to graduate cum laude from Elon University School of Law and earn an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Tax Law from the University of Florida. He is certified to exercise regulation in North Carolina and Florida.
