Born in Florida and raised in East Berlin, PA, Justin Nell attended The Pennsylvania State University in which he acquired his B.A. in International Politics. He is a Judge Advocate inside the U.S. Army Reserves and he and his spouse, Laura, live in East Berlin. A 2016 graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School, Justin these days have become a Partner at the Nell Law Office. Justin’s primary attention is in Elder Law / Estate Planning and Family Law. Family Law includes divorce, custody, infant assist, alimony and adoption instances. Elder Law / Estate Planning includes wills, trusts, powers of attorney and Medicaid making plans.
